Is it Worth it to Hire a Lawyer?

By David Tapalian September 24th 2015

Often I am asked this question; is it worth it to file a claim even if I have minimal evidence of impact on my car? This is a great question. Insurance companies are famous for arguing that the injured persons claim is worthless if there isn’t visible significant impact to their vehicle due to the auto accident. At Tapalian Law we are have heard this argument time and again. Don’t fall for it! All you need worry about is if you are honestly hurt in the accident and the accident wasn’t your fault. If those two points exist we will take care of the rest.

Just because a picture doesn’t show great damage to your auto’s fenders or bumpers; maybe the body shop’s appraisal report explains that the damage to your car wasn’t to the bumper or fender but to the frame and undercarriage.   If the impact can bend steel than it can certainly injure the human body. If your hurt in Rhode Island and Massachusetts give me a call today.
