Car, Bike & Motorcycle Accidents$500,000.00 Motorcycle Accident in Massachusetts: Enjoying a leisurely ride, husband and wife were blind-sided when a vehicle struck them in Asby Massachusetts. The husband was medically airlifted from the scene and hospitalized for 30 days.
$500,000.00 Bicycle Accident: Our client suffered multiple fractures to his hip when he was struck by a car in Providence. Our client was initially in the hospital for 30 days and required surgery.
$300,000.00 Rhode Island DUI Accident: Our Cumberland client was struck head-on by a drunk driver. She required hospitalization due to injuries to her shoulders, neck and back. Many months of chiropractic care and physical therapy followed with eventual shoulder surgery.
$225,000.00 Settlement: This was a North Kingstown auto accident. My client was a passenger in a vehicle that was struck in a rotary by a work truck. He endured months of chiropractic care with eventual lower back surgery.
$100,000.00 Settlement: Our client was struck from behind on Route to in Cranston, at what appeared to be low impact. However, our client had a preexisting condition which was significantly made worse due to the accident. The insurance company did not make any offer and we then filed suit.
$100,000.00 Walpole Massachusetts, Settlement: Our client suffered a complex sternum fracture that required hospitalization for 4 days. He was an avid bicyclist when he was struck by a distracted driver who was texting. He endured months of chiropractic care.
$70,000.00 Settlement: Our Newport client was struck from behind while reporting for duty as a Fire Fighter. Though impact wasn’t overly significant he struck his head on the B pillar of the vehicle. The impact caused resulting neck pain with significant concussion symptoms.
$55,000.00: An East Providence pedestrian suffered a sprained cervical spine after she was hit by a car.
$35,000.00 Settlement from Arbitration: Injuries were lower back pain due to this head on Collison in Providence. Impact was significant. Our client treated with chiropractic care, physical therapy and orthopedic intervention.
$25,000.00: After arbitration our Warwick client was able to settle her case. This case was turned down by two other lawyers before she came to our office. This was your classic he said she said scenario. However, due to our clients smart thinking at the scene; she was able to take pictures of the impacts to both vehicles which supported her version of events.
